Evangelist Gai Bol Luom

Founder & Executive Director

Gai is the visionary founder of Y.E.T. Compassion and serves as Executive Director. With deep roots in the South Sudanese community and a life shaped by displacement, faith, and resilience, Gai provides spiritual and strategic leadership for the organization's mission and programs.

His experience connecting South Sudanese communities with faith-centered empowerment gives Y.E.T. Compassion its distinctive voice and purpose. Gai leads with conviction that every young person carries God-given potential that, when properly cultivated, transforms families and communities.

David Gai Pandak

David Gai Pandak

Director, South Sudan

David Gai Pandak is a Registered Nurse and organizational strategist with over five years of experience in healthcare systems and executive management. A graduate of Makerere University and Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program alumnus, he brings visionary leadership, operational excellence, and spiritual integrity to Y.E.T. Compassion's work on the ground in South Sudan.

David currently serves as Co-founder of Kugama Nursing and Homecare Services and Panmal Foundation, where he provides strategic oversight and drives sustainable community transformation. As a Lifetime Fellow of the Resolution Project, YouLead Fellow, and YALI alumnus, he is passionate about building strong institutions, mentoring emerging leaders, and advancing Christ-centered initiatives rooted in accountability and excellence.

David believes that effective leadership is rooted in humility, vision, and unwavering commitment to God's purpose — and he is deeply invested in youth mentorship and the next generation of South Sudanese leaders.

Y.E.T. Compassion is actively seeking a Board Chair who shares our commitment to faith-centered leadership, community empowerment, and organizational excellence. The Board Chair provides oversight of organizational direction, facilitates board deliberations, and works closely with the Executive Director to align operations with the ministry's mission and values.

Board Member & Spiritual Advisor

Y.E.T. Compassion is actively seeking a Spiritual Advisor who brings pastoral wisdom, spiritual oversight, and deep cultural understanding to board discussions and organizational direction. This role ensures that every program, partnership, and decision remains grounded in biblical principles and theological integrity — the foundational values upon which Y.E.T. Compassion was built.
